To join just make a new thread called '*Insert your username here*'s Characters and fill in the character form there before posting and wait for a moderator to accept you If this isn't your first character then just add the character information in your existing thread as not to clutter up the boards. Members are required to have this in their topic title: {*insert number of approved members here* approved, *insert number of characters not yet approved her* unapproved} and update it accordingly to make it easier for the moderators to know which threads have characters that need approval
